Objectives:

To compare NOVEOS and ImmunoCAP peanut and peanut allergen component assays. To evaluation the diagnostic performance of NOVEOS novel 4 uL per test specimen requirement in a pediatric population

Conclusions:

With a small sample volume requirement (4 uL vs. 40 uL), the NOVEOS system performs well compared to the ImmunoCAP system.
